To create my sign, what information do I need to provide?
- indoor or outdoor, temporary or long term,
  size of sign, material, full colour, vinyl or reflective,
  verbiage, logo, quantity, expected due date.

Are you working from a Mac or PC?
- we work from a PC. convert Mac files for PC use.

What working files do you require?
- Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS Version CS 13,
  PDF, CorelDraw X3, high res PSD, TIFF or JPEG finished size @ 300 dpi
- all text to be converted to outlines or curves.

Can you colour match my logo?
- yes, whether it’s by print or with vinyl. 
- you can provide us a pantone # if possible.

Do you work with Quark Express?
- no, but you can save your file as a PDF.

Can you create or re-draw a logo?
- we’ll be happy to. our hourly rate is $75/hour.
